In the garden, Epson salts is a “boost” for your plants. The magnesium in the salts is used by plants for photosynthesis. And as a fertilizer, it will help to increase flower and fruit production.
Mix 2 tbsp into 1 gallon of water and use it to revive a Peace Lily or other houseplants. Water with it when transplanting tomatoes or peppers and then sprinkle a spoonful around the plants when they begin to flower. Spray the foliage of roses or sprinkle a little around the base of your plants.
After a busy day in the yard, treat yourself to a soak in a hot bath. Dissolve a cup of Epson salts in the tub and relax for 20 minutes to revive those aching muscles.
